This year the Fair will run from 26 October to 5 November.
MISTURA 2017 Location
For the first time it will be held in the district of Rímac, the neighborhood behind the Government Palace. The Club Internacional Revólver lends its space for this event.

Throughout the years, MISTURA has been receiving the visit of some of the most prominent chefs from all over the world, such as Ferrán Adriá, Michel Bras, Alex Atala, Massimo Bottura and Alain Ducasse, who learned about and praised our Peruvian cuisine, acknowledged as one of the best in the world.
You may need a full day to walk around the fair which receives more than 400,000 visitors per year. There is so much to see, learn and try. You can choose from dishes of prestigious restaurants such as Virgilio Martinez´s “Central” (Top 1 in South America and 5 in the world) and “Maido”, (Top 8 in the world) to popular local markets and street sellers food.
The main theme of MISTURA Food Festival Lima 2017 will be the promotion of healthy food. Famous chef from Indonesia, one of the guest countries this year, Vania Wibisono will teach how to cook in a healthy and balanced way.

- In order to promote the rich variey of fish and seafood from our sea, people attending the fair will have chance for the first time to try dishes prepared by fishermen and their families.
- A new pavilion will offer original soup dishes from all over the country.
- Specially designed pavilions for wine and cheese connoisseurs or for any craving for a free tasting, and pisco.
- As every year, excellent varieties of cacao, coffe and chocolate will be heavily promoted.
